On an extremely fast-track schedule, JHI provided design, permit acquisition, and construction management services that allowed our client to go from a brown field site to startup of a new chemical process in only eight months. JHI’s design team met the challenges of the process’s hazardous nature with innovative solutions that minimized construction time. Our understanding of code and jurisdictional requirements facilitated the complex permit process and allowed the construction schedule to be maintained. Using our knowledge of the design and our client’s needs, JHI provided construction management services that further expedited the project.
